Many land owners have telecommunication masts or equipment on their land or property.  It is quite common for these agreements not to be checked for several years at a time meaning some landowners miss out on rent reviews and/or payments.  It is also common for companies, who own the apparatus, to try to merge masts or add apparatus to existing masts but they don’t always have the right to do this within the existing agreements – leaving landowners in a strong position to re-negotiate terms or additional payments.

We are happy to review agreements for telecoms equipment on land, review new proposed terms as well as negotiate in relation to such agreements to ensure landowners are getting the best from them being located on their property.
